The statistics tell a bleak story about young adults in our country… “attrition rates” of 65-80% of Christians who lose their faith at or just after attending university, overall identification as “Christian” declining rapidly from age 15 to 30, and mental health conditions among 18-24 year olds reported at 2-3 times the general population.

Gen Z (born 1995 to 2009) has been called “the lost generation”, but research (and experience) tells us they are also the most open generation to discussing and changing religious beliefs. In recent years we have begun to see unexpected revivals of faith among young adults. God is still working and He invites us to join Him!

360 FAITH is a pioneering ministry that is seeking to rapidly address the lack of resources for young adults in the church, through the creation of young adult-focused networks, events and discipleship resources. The ministry of 360 FAITH is thoroughly inter-denominational, partnering with local churches, denominations and Christian ministry organisations across the whole church, to invest in the faith of young adults.

Our goal is to carry out our ministry activities at low cost to young adults and at no cost to churches and church leaders. For example, at our local 360 Faith events, pastors and ministers attend for free, while young adults receive a subsidised price and are given a “Pay What You Can” option when they register.
